I found a tribute book of poetry to Frost on my last library round. I'm not too keen on his New England woods and rhymes, so I don't know why I bothered reading through a book full of lesser poets inspired by poems I don't even like. However I found this one gem by Susan Firer, "Mrs.Post''s 6th-Hour English Class" where her classmate Debbie confounds the class explaining why taking the road not taken has made all the difference:
"It's clear
if the speaker of the poem had traveled
the more traveled road, he would
have ended up at the milkman's. Since
he did not need milk that day.
he took the road less traveled."
